Welcome to the
Lotus Garden, it is our pleasure to serve you with our
courteous, trained staff. Within this distinctive menu, we feature many
different varieties of tasty dishes. We also provide a daily luncheon menu
to accommodate the working class and businessman/woman at very moderate
prices. If any of your favorite dishes are not listed on our menu, please
feel free to ask your server; if we have the ingredients, we will gladly
prepare it for you.
For your convenience, all of our outgoing orders are placed in special
containers which will remain adequately hot. Thank you for dining with us;

know your opinion. We honor all comments from our patrons and will not
hesitate to make quick changes possible to please the public.
January 1st, 1991 was opening day for Lotus Garden. Our parents had a
vision
to have good fortune and a prosperous restaurant. His three sons, younger
brother and family have been operating Lotus Garden in the downtown
location
for 15 years. Now that our parents have passed away, we still have Dad's
recipes and Mom's attention to detail. The Woo brothers and family are
committed to continue what our parents passed onto us.
Chuck-Sim Woo came to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, in the summer of 1984; he was
to
be one of four owners of China Court restaurant. With the continued
support
from our valued customers, business was good that Lotus Garden needed a
larger location. China Court was for sale and opportunity arose for us to
continue his legacy of fine cooking and customer appreciation, in the
building where it all started.
